Wow it feels like I haven't done a blog post in so long! I've recently just got at job at Asda (woo haha) and so between juggling that and college work I rarely feel like i've got any spare time on my hands! Anyways, I thought it was about time for a new installment on my Christmas Outfit Inspiration series. This time i'm still sticking to the theme of a Christmas party but I wanted to look at a different approach!
The first outfit to the left that I have chosen is I would say definitely for the more formal event! I just thought this dress from Goddiva* was gorgeous, and very J-Lo-esque! I love how it's kind of revealing but so elegant at the same time, and the nude/pinky tone is such a gorgeous colour. I thought the shoes would look great with it because they add abit of glamour to the outfit with the subtle gold accent. I'd love a pair myself if I ever thought i'd be able to walk in them! And last but not least, i'm not too sure what this body chain would look like with the dress, but it is definitely gorgeous and would look amazing to spruce up an outfit for a Xmas do, so I thought I best include it!
The second outfit as you can see really goes for the glitz and glamour side of Xmas! The sequined flapper dress also from Goddiva* reminds me of a Gatsby kind of look. Goddiva have so many gorgeous dresses for the party season at the moment. This one I think has quite an expensive feel to.It would look just perfect with the chunky heels from Topshop! Unlike the pink pair I featured in the first outfit, I think I may actually be able to walk in them haha! And last but not least an embellished clutch and some vintage-look earrings to add as much glamour and sparkle as possible!
